HOPE (Helping Other People Excel) is a community-based grant program created to provide financial assistance to
patients and individuals in need.
Through generous donations from individuals, families, businesses, and community partners, the HOPE Grant Program
provides financial grants to help eligible individuals and families facing financial hardship related to medical needs,
caregiving, recovery, or other challenging circumstances.
Our mission is simple: to help people when they need it most.
We believe that financial hardship should not prevent someone from accessing the care, resources, or support they
need. HOPE grants are designed to provide a helping hand, ease financial burdens, and give individuals and families an
opportunity to move forward with greater stability and dignity.
Every donation helps us extend HOPE to someone in our community who may be struggling—and reminds them that
they are not alone.
